Mention Hong Kong to most people and the image that springs into their mind is of a concrete jungle with sky scrapers towering up towards the heavens.

Few people realize that hidden behind the urban sprawl lies some spectacular countryside, and, nestled within that countryside are numerous buttresses of pristine granite and volcanic rock.
